The WMF non-stick frying pan is designed for gentle frying and perfect frying results. Its secret: the protective 3-layer non-stick coating and the energy-saving TransTherm base for all stoves, which ensures optimal heat distribution and storage. Made of robust and elegant Cromargan: 18/10 stainless steel, this non-stick frying pan is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, and is therefore indispensable in every kitchen.

Non-stick coating

Pans with a non-stick coating are durable and resistant. PTFE non-stick coating: PFOA-free*. Does not stick to sensitive foods, very suitable for low-fat frying, very good non-stick effect, very durable. (*in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1907/2006)

TransTherm base for all stoves

The WMF TransTherm base for all stoves consists of a durable aluminum core enclosed in a chrome-plated steel capsule all around. The base is suitable for all types of stoves (including induction) because the chrome-plated steel used for the capsule is magnetic.

Ergonomic handle with flame protection

The handles of WMF pans made of high-quality plastic are shaped so that they sit comfortably and securely in the hand and distribute the weight correctly. The flame protection on the handle allows use on a gas hob. This prevents the transfer of heat from the metal body of the pan to the handle.

Stainless steel pans

The stainless steel pans are made of particularly durable Cromargan. Cromargan is extremely robust, dimensionally stable, resistant to food acids and absolutely tasteless. The pan can withstand high loads, such as high heat when frying and thermal shocks when extinguishing.

Instructions for use and care

Only use the highest heat setting for heating, switch back in good time and fry on medium or low heat settings. Use heat-resistant oils and fats for frying. The correct frying temperature has been reached when the fat is distributed in the pan in stripes. When frying meat, press it down lightly. It will initially stick to the base of the pan. After a short time, the fibres contract, the meat comes loose and can be easily turned. You can deglaze the frying residues with wine or broth. This will dissolve and provide a good base for the sauce.

Clean the pan as soon as possible after use with water, detergent and a sponge. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners containing sand. Stubborn food residues should be soaked.
