Knife with safety lock
The serrated blade with a diameter of 170 mm is ideal for cheese, cold cuts, fruit or vegetables and especially for hard crust bread. The additional smooth blade produces thin slices and is therefore particularly suitable for slicing ham. Thanks to the safety lock, the blades can be easily replaced and safely removed for cleaning.
Knife cover plate
The blade cover plate keeps the sliced product away from the blade. The grooves on the top support smooth rolling and ensure slices of uniform thickness.
BUGGY
The trolley is stable and spacious. Even large and heavy foods can be sliced along the entire cutting length. The trolley can be removed for cleaning.
Flexible cutting
Infinite adjustment of cutting thickness from 0-20 mm allows cutting of all items as required, from fine to thick.
