Natural fruit-inspired dyes. Developed for use with sugar pastes, royal icing, cream and sponge cakes. Can also be used in drinks, jellies, jams and many other water-based products. Store in a dry and shady place as they are sensitive to light and moisture. Technician recommends: Before coloring, dissolve the dyes in a small amount of mass and mix well so that no dye particles remain. You can use a mixer or a silicone spatula. Then add to the rest of the mixture.
